The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released their Healthy Homes Strategic Plan to focus the Department’s efforts toward providing healthy homes for all Americans. This report release is in conjunction with the Surgeon General’s Call to Action to Promote Healthy Homes. HUD, The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Surgeon General are committed to advancing efforts to address housing-related health hazards confronting families.
