RAMP created Asthma Action Plans through a collaborative process involving medical providers, public health professionals, school nurses, parents, and other asthma advocates. They are available in four languages for two age groups. They are all printed in color and triplicate so that the provider, family, and school/child care center can each have a copy on hand.
