The Influence of Setting on Care Coordination for Childhood Asthma Webinar; Recording Available Online

The educational webinar, “The Influence of Setting on Care Coordination for Childhood Asthma,” is now available. The event, held on September 24th, 2013, provided an in-depth look at how setting can influence care coordination for children with asthma. In addition to Merck Childhood Asthma Network Executive Director Dr. Floyd Malveaux, webinar presenters included experts from the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, University of Michigan School of Public Health, University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health, RAND Corporation and the Los Angeles Unified School District. These presenters discussed care implementation through school district nursing services, urban pediatric health systems, federally qualified health centers, and in partnership with multiple providers and organizations.  Please click here to view the archived webinar and here for a PDF version of the slide deck. Hopefully this session will help inform the work you are doing to help children with asthma and their families.
