EPA and CDC’s School Health Policies and Practices Study: Key Findings on School Indoor Environments

Resources are now available from a webinar hosted by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Centers for Disease Control on “School Health Policies and Practices Study: Key Findings on School Indoor Environments.” The webinar was held on February 27, 2014, and featured CDC’s Sherry Everett Jones who shared key findings from the 2012 School Health Policies and Practices Study (SHPPS), presenting data on school health policies and practices at the state and district level, including a significant increase in the number of schools with IAQ management programs in place, since 2006.

The PDF presentation slides and Question and Answer document are now available on the Indoor Air Quality Tools for Schools webinar resources page.

To access additional resources and past technical webinars, visit the IAQ Tools for Schools webinar archive.  The archive is a great resource to help people learn how to better manage IAQ in schools.
