Study Examines Legislative Approaches to Reducing Indoor Dampness and Mold
The Journal of Public Health Management and Practice contained an article in its December 2016 edition reviewing “a sample of state and local policies to limit potentially harmful exposures.” The researchers specifically examine “adoption of laws to strengthen building codes, specify dampness and mold in habitability laws, regulate mold contractors,” as well as “key factors supporting successful implementation.”
