In 2017 the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention published a guide entitled Strategies for Addressing Asthma in Homes. The guide is in two parts, with the first including “the workgroup’s suggestions for home-based strategies” while outlining “core and additional elements which are important for home visits.”  The second “describes some of the scientific literature which was considered in deliberations undertaken to arrive at the suggestions.” The guide also includes an appendix which is a “summary of asthma education in home visits of programs the home-based strategies workgroup considered” in their deliberations.
