Resource: Asthma and indoor air quality in schools video available

“Oakland Berkeley – Community Action to Fight Asthma (OB-CAFA) produced a video, titled What’s in Your Air? Creating an Asthma-Friendly Environment in Your School,”” highlighting the importance for schools to address asthma and indoor air quality while promoting the EPA’s Tools for Schools program. OB-CAFA is currently distributing the video to principals, teachers, parents, and its local community in order to increase asthma awareness, communicate asthma prevalence, and convey the idea that schools can do something by addressing environmental factors that trigger asthma. A link to the video has been established on EPA’s Region 9 website at // If you are interested in purchasing copies of the video to distribute in your own community, contact Mindy Landmark at 510-869-8226 or via e-mail at”””
