Study: World Health Organization (WHO) Guidelines on Damp and Moldy Buildings

WHO published its first guidelines on indoor air quality guidelines on dampness and mold. The two year study concluded that occupants of damp or moldy buildings have up to a 75% greater risk of respiratory symptoms and asthma. The report also summarizes the available information on the conditions that determine the presence of mold and measures to control their growth indoors.
